The Jericho United Methodist Church is hosting a Movie Night on Friday, the 17th, starting at 6:30 p.m. Food and drinks provided as we watch Exodus: Gods and Kings, with Christian Bale as Moses.

In addition to being an entertaining film, if you want to stick around for a little bit afterwards we'll have a discussion and dialogue about how the film portrays the biblical story, whether it is accurate, and whether accuracy really matters in re-telling of biblical stories. Just because a film adds, subtracts, or modifies what's in the Bible, does that automatically make it bad? What really matters?
