Wonder Walks' Mindful Meditation Walk to the Peace Park

On this walk, we will be learning about mindfulness and how to practice walking meditation to relieve stress and improve overall health. We will meet at the Montpelier High School Parking Lot near the front office entrance. We will talk briefly about what walking meditation is and how to do it and then we will walk across the running track to the walking/bike trail that runs along the river. We will try our hands at walking meditation while we make our way to the Peace Park that is next to the Winooski River. This is a free community event.
