The Passumpsic Valley Land Trust (PVLT) is celebrating the first the East Branch of the Passumpsic River has flowed freely in almost 200 years. Come out to toast the freely flowing river and tour the former site of the PVLT dam this coming Saturday 11/18 at 1:30 at the Burke Mountain Club in the East Burke Community Library, 368 Route 114 in East Burke.
