Hello neighbors,

I am writing to invite you to the Pride Center of Vermont's Transgender Day of Remembrance vigil. This is an annual event in which we remember & honor transgender people who have been killed in the past year; this year, we will be honoring 23 people from the US, mostly young women of color. We will also be honoring our community by speaking about how to move forward and make the world a better & safer place for us.

This event will be held on Monday, November 20 from 6:30pm to 8pm at the Blackbox Theater at Main Street Landing in Burlington. Light refreshments will be provided. The space will be accessible and large print materials will be available. If you require interpretation to participate, please email me at sunshine@pridecentervt.org.
