Celebrate Mt. Abraham’s 30th Project Graduation by shopping at its sole fundraiser for the event this Saturday November 11th from 10-3 at the high school. Mt. Abraham introduced Project Graduation (a substance free graduation celebration) to the state of Vermont in 1987 by traveling to other Vermont high schools and informing senior classes about the importance of a substance free celebration and the opportunities that existed. Mt. Abraham has done everything from having a DJ’d Ferry Boat ride, to traveling to amusement parts, to renting a health club for the night, staying at the school overnight and hosting activities all night and so much more. The decision about this year’s event haven’t been finalized but is sure to please.
How you can help:
*Shop at the Craft Fair on Saturday, November 11th from 10-3. This event is free and open to all and includes the gym, hallways, cafeteria and the library. A silent auction will be taking place, as well as, a raffle, bake sale and a delicious lunch will be available.
*Donate an item or gift certificate to the Silent Auction. Email sherwinshawna@gmail.com if you would like more information about that.
*Buy a raffle ticket at the craft fair. (a large item will be available, this is still in the works)
*Buy baked goods and lunch at the craft fair.
*Cash donations are always welcome.
