Tedra Cobb will be the third Democratic candidate appearing in Argyle in advance of the 21st Congressional District race in 2018. Ms. Cobb is a former St. Lawrence County legislator, executive and board member in the non-profit healthcare sector, and current business consultant. She will answer questions and discuss her views on current affairs.
