Valley Stage Productions is pleased to present the Norwegian based duo "Millpond Moon." The concert takes place at the Richmond Congregational Church on Sunday, Nov. 19 beginning at 4:00 p.m. Doors open at 3:30.
After studying rhythmic music and jazz vocal training at Adger University in Norway, Kjersti Misje met up with Rune Hauge and together they represent some of Norway’s finest songwriters, guitar players and vocalists. Since appearing at the Glastonbury Festival in 2004, Millpond Moon has been touring extensively in the UK, Europe and the U.S. During this time they created their own sound and style, and two albums “Broke in Brooklyn” and “Time to Turn the Tide” produced and arranged by them and released in 2012 and 2015.
