Save the Date for Friday, Dec. 1st!
Laura Thomas and The Grift present a night of Led Zeppelin at the Marquis Theatre Middlebury. On December 1st, Thomas teams up with The Grift’s Clint Bierman (guitar), Peter Day (bass), Jeff Vallone (drums) to offer a hometown Led Zeppelin show at Middlebury's Marquis Theater.

Thomas has packed prestigious venues, such as the Rockwood Music Hall (New York), Uncommon Ground (Chicago) and Red Devil Lounge (San Francisco). She sings with Ani Difranco's tell-it-like-it-is defiance, Grace Potter’s sheer, clear power, and the insight of Patty Griffin. The result is an audio-shock of emotional truth.

Thomas co-produced five albums - solo and with The Laura Thomas Band: "Little Bones" (2013); "Live at Rockwood" (2008); "Step to the Wire" (2005); "Slow" (2004); "On My Sleeve" (2002).

"Her voice is capable of tracing melodies as sinuous as the Rock Creek Parkway, and she has a soft spot for writing tender, compassionate or introspective ballads that help set her apart from the rant'n'roll crowd." -- The Washington Post

Don't miss Thomas channel Robert Plant on December 1st alongside her fellow Middlebury College alumni, Clint Bierman, Peter Day and Jeff Vallone.

Tickets $8 at the Marquis Theater door (65 Main St., Middlebury). Doors open at 7:30 PM. Show begins at 8:00 PM.
