Over 80 students have collaborated to create Essex High School's edition of Les Misérables, the epic, grand, and uplifting pop opera. This modern masterpiece continues to be vitally relevant: a story about the survival of the human spirit set against an environment of social unrest and inequality. Working with unique design and movement, EHS Theater has created a unique and exciting rendition of the famous musical.
Winner of over 100 international awards and seen by over 65 million people worldwide, Les Misérables is a true modern classic. Based on Victor Hugo's novel, it features one of the most memorable scores of all time.
