WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2017
The zoning application described below requires a hearing before the
Morrisville/Morristown Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:

1. Applicant/landowner Greaves Farms Corp. requests §510 Conservation Subdivision and §740 Preliminary Plat Approval for a five lot subdivision on Washington Highway, parcels 08-002 & 13-033 in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone

Said hearings will take place at 6:30 PM in the Tegu Building’s Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville.
