IFMGA licensed mountain guide, Mark Puleio delves into the allure of the mountain mystique. George Mallory, English mountaineer, when questioned why climb Mt. Everest responded, “Because it’s there.” Join Mark as he offers a visual story of humans interacting with mountains and his experiences as an international mountain guide.

Through volunteerism, advocacy, increasing public awareness, fundraising and creating partnerships, the Friends of Lanpher Memorial Library seeks to enhance the library’s role in the Hyde Park community.
