Ecumenical Service for Children with Special Needs

Past event

Do you know a child who doesn't "fit in" at church? What if there was a church service that just fit them?

Rhythms of Grace is an ecumenical playtime and service for children with special needs and their families. It includes an interactive Bible story, told with touchable props, learning stations with sensory activities, singing, free play and a snack. Caregivers and siblings are welcome. Our focus is joy, community and acceptance--exactly what God offers! The service is jointly led by a Christian youth worker and special education teacher.

Join us this Sunday at Vergennes Congregational Church, 30 South Water Street, from 2-3:30 p.m..

For more information contact Abigail Diehl-Noble, Director of Children and Youth Ministries, at abigail@vergennesucc.org or call at 877-2435.

Vergennes Congregational UCC is an inclusive, open and affirming church, welcoming all families. We believe that God asks us to work together with hope for justice and peace for all God's people. We welcome each person, wherever they are on life's journey.
