The 4th Annual Trotting of the Turkeys is coming up THIS Saturday! The event kicks off the giving season by providing Thanksgiving turkeys to those in need. Event organizers need children and their families to register and walk donated turkeys down Church Street. The event is on this Saturday, November 4. Participants should start congregating on the top block of Church Street in Burlington at or before 10:45 am on 11/4. The UVM Pep Band and Dance Team will be performing (assuming good weather). Kids (and adults alike!) are encouraged to wear costumes to make the Trot even more festive. The Trot will begin at 11 am and wraps up at the bottom of Church Street at about 11:20 am.
