In keeping with our overall mission of environmental stewardship, at Sterling College we maintain the tradition of serving our left-overs on Sunday nights to minimize our food waste. This is a great way to finish the meals that have been previously served. As part of the college’s growing desire to serve our larger community, We would like to extend a welcome to the greater community to come enjoy a free meal of delicious leftovers with us on Sunday November 5th at 6pm. We hope that we will be able to continue to host a leftover night periodically in the future as well.
