Wednesday, November 1st from 6:00-7:30pm
Hosted by the Dorothy Alling Memorial Library in Williston, this engaging program will introduce you to the emerald ash borer, an invasive insect that threatens Vermont's trees. Meredith Whitney, Forest Pest Education Coordinator with the Vermont Urban and Community Forestry Program, will help you learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of the emerald ash borer, show you how to report suspicious findings, and discuss ways that we can all help slow the spread. All are welcome!
