Mark your calendars for August 17th for a fun-filled day at Homeward Bound! Help us celebrate our first year in our new building with entertainment, free food, adoption discounts, and more!

We’ve had an amazing year since we opened the doors of the new building in August, 2012 and now we’d like to say thank you to everyone who supported us before, during, and since our Homeward Bound Capital Campaign.

The shelter at 236 Boardman Street will be open from 10am to 3pm. We’ll have guided tours of the facility, a live broadcast from WVTK’s Bruce and Hobbes, free food, a DIY dog wash, low-cost microchipping, and discounted adoption fees for all of our animals! We want to celebrate the year by seeing as many of our furry and feathered friends as possible go home!
