Join us for an interactive training designed for professionals and former family caregivers who are interested in becoming facilitators for Alzheimer's Association affiliated caregiver support groups.

This program focuses on the fundamentals of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, group dynamics, unique challenges and concerns that arise in dementia specific support groups, group management and promotion, and group facilitator roles and responsibilities.

The training will be held at th Grace Cottage Community Wellness Center, 133 Grafton Rd. Townshend. Please consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association in lieu of training cost. Lunch will be provided.

Those interested in participating must register and complete a volunteer application by November 1st. Space is limited.
