South Burlington Home Cooks and Recipes Wanted for the Third Annual Around-the-World Dinner December 6th
Do you love to cook? Do you have a recipe that is part of your family’s cultural heritage that you’d like to share? If so, we’d like to ask for your help!
The South Burlington School District Healthy Schools program will celebrate our city’s deliciously diverse family food traditions at our third annual Around-the-World Dinner on Wednesday, December 6, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. This popular community event –- held in the F.H. Tuttle Middle School cafeteria -- offers tastes of foods from around the world, with an opportunity for an estimated 200+ attendees to dig in and learn more about the countries where the dishes originate.
We are looking for South Burlington residents who can share a beloved family recipe—and/or help prepare the dishes, in your home or in our school kitchen.
