Join us at The Tutorial Center in Manchester, 3511 Richville Road, for a Trick-or-Treat Open House. Children in costumes will be given goodie bags with treats, there will be snacks for parents, a free entry raffle with multiple prizes, and a nice warm place to get ready for a night of tricking or treating. Who knows, maybe even one of our resident ghosts will make an appearance!
