As we watch the firestorm of leaves fall from our trees, could we also be more like them? Learn to let go of what no longer serves us? This last class in our year long series held at the Moretown School will focus on herbs for the Fall season; aromatic, pungent, and spicy. We will discuss the condensing, shedding and releasing energy of the season, and make Fire Cider together. This class is free to attend however registration is required.
