BURLINGTON CHAMBER ORCHESTRA’S
“A CELEBRATION OF WOMEN IN MUSIC”
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28TH AT THE UVM RECITAL HALL

The Burlington Chamber Orchestra kicks off its eleventh season on Saturday, October 28, 2017 with a “Celebration of Women in Music” showcasing women composers. Soprano Sarah Cullins will be featured. The concert will be held at the University of Vermont Recital Hall at 7:30 pm. Advance tickets can be purchased through Flynntix.org or by calling 802-86-Flynn. Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the performance.

A Celebration of Women in Music will feature the music of Barbara Strozzi, Hor che Apollo; Hildegard von Bingen, Arranged by Patricia Julien; Wilhelmine von Bayreuth, Cavatinen; And Fanny Mendelssohn, Sinfonia. The Burlington Chamber Orchestra will also perform music Abdelazer Suite by Henry Purcell.

General admission is $30 for adults and $10 for Students (with identification). Adult tickets for the January Concert with Soovin Kim will be $40.00.
