The Dee Physical Therapy Wellness Program will be offering its third annual THRILLER! Dance Class where you can learn the official dance moves from Micheal Jackson's iconic music video. This is a great opportunity to exercise and have fun with your community. The past two years have included participants ranging in ages 10 to 83 who were a mix of both seasoned dancers as well as people who had never stepped into a dance class before - it truly is a communal event that anyone can enjoy. Class is taught by Laurel Lakey, a Physical Therapist Assistant at Dee PT who has a BFA in dance and 20+ years experience as a dance teacher.

When? Saturday October 28th, 10:30am-noon
Where? Aerobics Room in the Shelburne Health and Fitness Center 166 Athletic Drive Shelburne, VT
Cost? $10/person or $15 for a group of three
