Champlain Philharmonic in Poultney Saturday

The Champlain Philharmonic will present its Fall Concert Series “Eutierria” (to belong to the good earth)

Under the direction of Matt LaRocca, the orchestra will perform works that portray the connection between music and the earth. These will include Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 (the Pastoral Symphony), Smetana’s The Moldau, as well as Copland’s An Outdoor Overture and Honegger’s Pastorale d’Ete.

Tickets at the door. $15 , $10 seniors, and $5 students.

The Champlain Philharmonic is a non-profit community orchestra that includes musicians from throughout Rutland and Addison Counties. If you can't make Saturday's performance, it will be repeated Sunday, Oct. 22, 4:00 PM at Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society, 2 Duane Court, in Middlebury.
