Thursday, October 19th, 6:45-8:15 pm, MOPS/MomsNext-Waterbury (moms of preschoolers & school aged kids) will explore what causes moms to worry. You know you shouldn’t allow worry to paralyze you and keep you from enjoying life, but how do you live a life free from worry? Come explore with us practical ways to combat worry and identify triggers that cause stress. We gather in Thatcher Brook Primary School’s Library in Waterbury, VT at 6:45, video and discussion begin at 7:00 and the meeting concludes arounds 8:15pm.
