Just wanted to share a few opportunities here in Waterbury to support disaster relief efforts in Puerto Rico:
1. Stowe Street Cafe will be collecting donations for the Maria Fund at our counter this Tues - Thurs and will match the first $250 collected! Any amount can be left in our collection jar or donated online directly to the Maria Fund at:
www.mariafund.org. Any online donations will gladly be counted toward meeting pledge matches by emailing your receipt to: info@stowestreetcafe.com
2. Whitney Aldrich & Wade Hodge have pledged to match the next $250 collected and we are grateful. Thank you!
3. Thanks also goes to Grenier Engineering, PC for emailing us their receipt for their $250 online donation!
4. Be sure to join us for the fundraiser finale on Thursday, 10/19th from 5-8pm and SHOP LulaRoe when Consultant, Angie Coyne will be generously donating 50% of total sales for the evening to the Maria Fund while you + your friends get to sip + snack while you all shop for the cause!
Remember, if you can’t make it to the event, but want to donate, feel free to drop in to the cafe anytime between 10/17 - 10/19 or give online + send a copy of the receipt to: info@stowestreetcafe.com. We’ll gladly tally it up toward our match!
