Free Costume Workshop at Generator Makerspace

Past event
Oct 22, 2017, 1 to 4 PM

Open to the Public: Sunday October 22 & 29 1pm-4pm

Come to Generator with your ideas and we will have Halloween costume counselors standing by!

We will help you get started, learn about resources, or trouble shoot what you have already begun. We will have the following resources for parents and older children to use: scrap cardboard, sewing machines, scrap fabric, hot glue guns, and glitter. We will provide basic guidance and templates on how to make your own cardboard mask, cardboard crown, magic wand, and superhero cape. Participants are highly encouraged to provide their own materials.

Not sure what you will need? We can help you create a shopping list for what you will need to purchase on your own.

Open to all ages. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Optional donation of $5-$10 to benefit Generator's scholarship fund.

Generator is located at 40 Sears Ln (off of Pine St, behind Burlington Furniture). For this event you can park in the Champlain College Miller Center parking lot.
