Springfield Humane Society's 3rd annual Howl O'Ween dog walk and costume contest! Come join us for a walk along the Black River on Toonerville Trail! Dress up your pooch for a chance to win a great prize! The first 20 entrants who have at least $50 in pledges get a free tee shirt too!
