Essex and Essex Junction small businesses, job seekers, and people looking to learn about new career options should take a close look at this great networking and educational opportunity right on our doorstep. On Friday and Saturday – Oct 20 and 21 – the Vermont Tech Jam will roll into the Fairgrounds (CV Expo).

The workshops will be of great interest to all small businesses, not just tech companies — the Attorney General's office has organized a session on Friday morning to help small businesses protect against data breaches and privacy mishaps. Other business track sessions include an overview of how companies can use data science, and how automation and robotics are changing manufacturing jobs. The career track includes sessions on continuing education and free professional development. In addition, 60+ exhibitors will be on hand to chat with attendees.
