Hi everyone! I am a student at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences located in Colchester Vermont, and every year we help host the Colchester Community Wellness Fair & Harvest Fest. While the event is located in Colchester, it is free and open to everyone, and I thought it may be of interest to our Richmond (and surrounding) communities! Below is more specific information. Saturday October 21st: Colchester High School
Join us for family fun with a health Halloween theme. Kids of all ages are invited to dress in costume. Meet local health experts who can answer questions about nutrition, fitness, health, and personal well-being for all ages.
2:00-5:00pm free Wellness Fair
5:00-6:30pm free dinner (while supplies last) and costume parade
6:30 free movie in the park (PG)
Health screenings, flu shots (bring your insurance card, copays vary), free prescription review, free healthy treats and smoothies.
