Saturday, Oct. 21, Champlain Valley Christian School in Vergennes will be making delicious 10" deep-dish apple pies either with 2 crusts or with a crumb topping. They are HEAPED with apples and are amazingly delicious. They are $13 each or 2 for $25 and they are well worth it. They are uncooked and can be baked at home or frozen for a later date.
