Calling all Frozen Fans – Elsa is coming to the Richmond Free Library.
Join us for a fun children's storytime with that famous, ice-cold princess, Elsa. A real-life Elsa will read stories, lead a sing-a-long and convey the important message that everyone is uniquely qualified to be themselves. This storytime will focus on the importance of reading and making a difference in special, sometimes small ways.
