The League of Women Voters of Central Vermont and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library invite you to join us for a discussion with Montpelier's Police Chief, Tony Facos; James Haslam, Executive Director of Rights and Democracy; Chloe White, Policy Director of the ACLU of Vermont: and moderator David Moats, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist of the Rutland Herald as they talk about the individual right or ability of people to come together and collectively express, promote, pursue and defend their ideas. The program will be held at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library at 135 Main St. in Montpelier, at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12th.
