Dinner at Eastview Farm

The NEK Autumn Dining series is a collaboration between local Chef Nadav Mille and area farms to bring our community quality dining opportunities directly from the farm. Chef Nadav has been working in the national and local fine-dining arena for nearly 15 years, and is bringing his experience to the table on the farm. In each of the event the chef has worked closely with the hosting farm to design a unique and attractive menu highlighting the farm’s products and specific flavor profiles. The events will take place on the farm allowing guests the opportunity to tour each farm and engage in conversation with the hosts.

Oct 7 - Wildbranch Valley Farm, Craftsbury
Oct 14 - EastView Farm, East Hardwick
Oct 21 - Bonnieview Farm, Craftsbury

Our second event, hosted at EastView Farm this coming Saturday, Oct. 14 at 5:00 PM will feature the farm’s wonderful garlic and greens, as well as Snug Valley Farm pork, Lanzer’s Fruit Farm’s currants and Patchwork Bread.

Eastview Farm is a diversified, certified organic farm in East Hardwick, Vermont, owned and operated by Mary-Ellen and Jim Lovinsky and family. The Lovinsky’s grow garlic, herbs, and seasonal greens. Chef Nadav will be showcasing these wonderful products in seasonal and earthy Chef’s Table tasting menu to include:

Garlic three ways - served with sourdough baguette
Warm kale salad topped with bacon maple vinaigrette
garlic currant glazed pork chop, served with garlic creamed potatoes au gratin and roasted root vegetables
Chocolate Cinnamon Babka

The event is by reservation only and there are limited spaces available.

$55 per person

Alcoholic beverages will not be served, please feel free to BYOB.
