Actually the affordable housing co-ops of Champlain Housing Trust are hidden gems, but this Saturday only, we’re showing them off! Drop by to enjoy cider and doughnuts, chat with members, and check out the buildings and grounds.
Between noon and 2pm you can visit the Flynn Avenue Co-op in the South End, and the Queensbury Co-op in South Burlington near Patchen Road.
From 2 to 4pm it’s all Old North End: our new co-op of 40 households on Bright Street, the Thelma Maple Co-op, and the Rose Street Artists’ Co-op and gallery.
