Come to the Varnum Library on Wednesday for some Solar Q & A. Ellen Gershun from SunCommon will be sharing updates on how net-metered solar works in VT, explaining the current state and federal incentives, discussing how to heat and cool with solar, AND how folks can do it all at no upfront cost.
