The Northfield Conservation Commission will host a public hike next Sunday, October 15. We’ll be hiking the Dalley Loop portion of the “History Hike” at Little River State Park in Waterbury. The hike is 3.54 miles, of easy to moderate difficulty.

Please meet at 9:30 AM at the I-89, Exit 5 Park & Ride for carpool to Little River State Park. Remember to bring lunch or a snack, along with an adequate amount of water. All are welcome, including well-behaved children, but please leave Fido at home.

RSVP would be handy, but all who show up at the Park & Ride are welcome to join us.
