At Guilford Free Library, on October 18th at 6:30, Talk About Books will be discussing Jeffrey Lent's "A Slant of Light".

Lent lives in central Vermont. His writing reflects his study of literature and psychology along with his life experience growing up on dairy farms. In "A Slant of Light", his characters grapple with epic themes of good and evil, love and war while sustaining their daily lives in post Civil War rural New York State.

Talk About Books meets every third Wednesday at the Library at 6:30. All are welcome to join in the discussion.
