The Northeast Kingdom Chorus—recently merged with the Cabot Community Chorus and under the directorship of Cabot’s Lynn McKinney — will perform their holiday concert Friday, December 20, 7:30 pm at United Church of Cabot. (The concert will repeat on Sunday, December 22, 4:00 pm at Greensboro United Church of Christ.)
The NEK Chorus, formed in the 1980s, has been known for singing mostly sacred works, while the Cabot Chorus, begun in 2003, has performed a variety of music in different formats. In the spirit of the merger, the combined chorus will perform holiday music of both types. The concert will also feature performances by trios and quartets drawn from the membership. Your donation will support the work of the chorus.
