Class meets in Stockbridge over 4 Mondays from 9am-12pm beginning on 10/16.
This Reiki I certification course is the foundation for self-care and personal development. We will experience the first four Reiki initiations, discuss the history of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, the Japanese energy system and meditations, and ethics. Students will learn basic hand positions for self-care and for treating friends and family. There will be plenty of practice time over the four sessions. Continuous support is available. A manual and certificate will be given. $175
