Questions about new regulations for our roads? Concerned about water runoff and the quality of our waterways?

These concerns intersect with the upcoming Municipal Road General Permit (MRGP). It will be a requirement for all municipalities to inventory all of their roads that can have significant impacts on water quality and employ particular maintenance practices on these roads. The MRGP is currently open for public comment and the Department of Environmental Conservation will be coming to Johnson to take our input. Please join us on October 11th between 2:00 and 4:00pm upstairs at the Municipal Offices.
