Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice will be holding a flu clinic at Evergreen Place/The Mad River Valley Senior Center tomorrow from 10:00am -11:00am and it is open to the public. The fees are as follows:

FLU SHOT CHARGES:
*Medicare Part B, BC/BS, & MVP– No charge to individual; CVHHH will bill your insurance. What do you use at your Doctor visit?
*Medicaid – We do not bill Medicaid at this time.
*No insurance, but meet any of the High Risk criteria below - $15
*Everyone else - $35
HIGH RISK CRITERIA:
Those who are age 50 and over.

Ø Those living with a chronic illness or having long term health conditions such as heart, lung or kidney disease, asthma, diabetes, etc.
Ø Those living with weakened immune systems due to HIV/AIDS or cancer treatments.
Ø Women who will be pregnant during the influenza season.
Ø Persons with any condition (e.g. cognitive dysfunction, spinal cord injuries, or other neuromuscular disorder) that can compromise respiratory function.
Ø Adults in close contact with High Risk individuals such as a caregiver or spouse.
