AIKIDO FOR TROUBLED TIMES: This five-week class begins Thursday Oct. 12, 2017, 6-7:30 p.m. in the Montpelier dojo, 1 Granite Street, Montpelier (down by the river, next to the Iron Bridge at the Clothespin Factory).
