Continued: Public Hearing for Appeal of Administrative Officer Decision– Theodore & Michelle Pelkey Property (+/-11.32 acres off VT Route 128) The property is located in the Rural 5 (R5), Rural 10 (R10), Water Resources Overlay (WRO) and Flood Hazard Overlay (FHO) zoning districts. The appellants seek to overturn the Administrative Officer’s denial, dated August 1, 2017, of a zoning permit application, dated July 10, 2017.
