Join Megan Sault, with the Community Health Team of the Randolph Health Service Area, on Tuesday October 10th from 10:30 to 11:30am at the Gifford Conference Center.

This support group is for anybody experiencing a chronic condition, taking care of someone who has a chronic condition, or has a close friend or family member with a chronic condition. Together we can discuss our experiences and know that we are not experiencing these conditions alone.
