Advanced Directives for Healthcare Workshop presented by Merry Postemski of Disability Rights VT in conjunction with VCIL. Wednesday, Oct 11, 1:00-3:00 at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bennington, 108 School Street. Learn how you can have a voice in medical decisions when you can’t express yourself. We will be learning about how to inform your healthcare workers and family about what services you would like to receive/not receive in the event that you’re unconscious, incapacitated or in mental health crisis. Events are free, light refreshments provided. These are chemical- and scent-free events. An ASL interpreter will be provided.
