PUBLIC NOTICE: MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 27, 2017

The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. Said hearings will take place on Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM in the Community Meeting Room of the Town Offices at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville.

1. Applicant/landowner Sheila Tymon requests §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Plan Approval to convert her bed & breakfast at 201 Park Street into a Dwelling Unit Multi-Family Use, on parcel 21-206 in the §225 Mixed Office Residential Zone.

2. Applicant/landowner Barry Markham requests §630 Conditional Use approval per §425 for a six foot tall stockade fence along the road frontage of parcel 16-041-2 at 4574 LaPorte Road in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone.

3. Recessed Hearing: Applicant/landowner Terrence Jones requests a §264.1 Minimum Lot Size Waiver of 12.5% to allow for 3.5 acre parcel 16-030-7 at 57 Lawrence Rd in the §260 Rural Residential Agricultural Zone to be subdivided into two equally sized lots.
