There will be a public hearing on Monday December 9 at 7:30 PM in the meeting room at the Vergennes Fire Station to hear from parties for and against the potential availability of natural gas in the City of Vergennes. Representative of Vermont Gas and petitioners against the gas line will offer short presentations and a question and answer period will follow. Please educate yourself on this important issue and exercise your right to vote on Tuesday December 10 between the hours of 9 AM to 7 PM at the Fire Station.
