Registration is now open for the annual Rock Point Partners & Friends celebration, and ALL are welcome! The event takes from on Saturday, October 7 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM. Come explore, learn, re-create and enjoy Rock Point -- "A welcoming sanctuary in the heart of Burlington." Here is a schedule of events:

1:00 PM GATHER AT THE ROCK POINT SCHOOL LIBRARY for Nametags, Maps, Orientation. See exhibits describing some of what is happening at Rock Point and ways you can be involved in conservation, education, and re-creation.

1:30 FIRST SET OF ACTIVITIES: Nature Walk, Cider-making, Tai Chi, Champlain Thrust Fault Walk, Rock Point History, and Pollinator Meadow Workshop. For children: During the whole afternoon, activities will take place on the Rock Point School, ranging from games to hair wraps, face-painting, and jewelry and button-making. Also, pizza-making at outdoor oven with ingredients from garden will take place throughout the afternoon.

3:00 PM SECOND SET OF ACTIVITIES: Nature Walk, Tai Chi, Pilgrimage Walk to Special Places on Rock Point, Rock Point History, and Poetry Workshop. Please register to help us in our planning. Please come whether or not you register. Join in the activities or wander, explore and relax as you wish.
