Queen City Tango invites you to embrace tango with us at the Shelburne Town Hall on Saturday, December 14th at our Fancy Attire Holiday Milonga (tango social dance).

Celebrate fifteen years of tango in the Burlington area with
Queen City Tango!

Argentine Tango is often described as fancy walking or a danced conversation. If you enjoy walking and moving to beautiful music, you, too, may fall in love with Argentine Tango.

7pm - 8pm ~ Beginner Tango Lesson with Elizabeth Seyler, ( Dr. Tango), of Tango Wise. No partner or experience required- just clean, indoor shoes.

8pm - Midnight ~ QCT Fancy Attire Holiday Milonga featuring live tango music by Lotango -- Darienne Oaks on violin and vocals and Michel Lajeunesse on accordion -- and DJing by David Lansky.

Admission to the lesson and milonga is $10 per person or $8 if you bring an item to donate to the Shelburne food shelf.

Refreshments will be served.

GPS Directions: Use Pierson Library at 5376 Shelburne Road, which is located in back of Shelburne Town Hall. Plenty of free parking. Use the front entrance.

Queen City Tango is a nonprofit organization devoted to nurturing our community of Argentine Tango dancers in the greater Burlington area. We offer weekly beginner lessons and a practica on Friday nights at the North End Studio, co-sponsor guest instructors from Montreal to Buenos Aires for tango workshops of different levels, and host milongas, ( social dances), throughout the year.
