OUR House of Central Vermont is preparing for our upcoming fall fundraiser! OUR House is a C hildren's A dvocacy C enter , (CAC) located in Barre, VT.
OUR House provide services to all of Washington County within the State of Vermont. CAC's are dedicated to assisting families and non-offending caregivers who have experience severe physical abuse or sexual assault. OUR House provide s a neutral safe environment for children to receive any help or treatment they may need while working along side representatives from Law Enforcement and Department for Children and Families as well as working with local advocacy centers, pediatricians and therapists. This team works together daily to conduct interviews and investigations which insure a trauma informed approach all while working together to keep the best interest of the victim in mind.
We would like to invite you to join us for our "Big Shots for Little Shots" fundraiser to be held on September 23rd. T he Fundraiser consist of a clay pigeon tournament that will be formed by 5 person teams at $50 per person. Along with the tournament we are offering finger printing and photo ID services , along with registration with The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (More info here) for children at a low cost of $10.
